TPS for Haiti Community Town Hall

Hosted by FANM (Haitian Women of Miami), Institute for Justice and Democracy in Haiti, Immigration Partnership and Coalition Fund, Americans for Immigrant Justice, Catholic Legal Services, Archdiocese of Miami Inc.

On Monday, May 22, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced their decision to extend Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Haitian immigrants for six months. Local and national organizations from across the country have called on the Trump administration to extend TPS for a minimum of 18-months. The announcement has left Haitian TPS recipients in a state of shock and worry as they foresee and uncertain future.

Please join us for a community forum to inform TPS recipients and the broader community about the current state of immigration for Haitian immigrants.

This event is free and open to the public.
