“It is an honor to be a part of an organization that embodies so much of what makes us a great country.”

A highly experienced litigator at Greenberg Traurig LLP, Jacqueline Becerra represents individuals and entities in a broad range of both complex civil and criminal matters. Ms. Becerra’s practice includes commercial, securities, employment, patent and trademark litigation, as well as criminal matters, including internal corporate investigations and advising clients on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).  Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Ms. Becerra practiced in the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

Ms. Becerra has been a supporter of AI Justice for several years, learning of the organization as a result of her firm’s on-going support of our work.  She grew up in Miami, and is excited to be a part of AI Justice, which reflects both her commitment to access to justice for all and her family’s immigrant history.

About Us:

AI Justice is an award-winning non-profit law and advocacy firm that protects and promotes the basic human rights of immigrants. In Florida and on a national level, we champion the rights of unaccompanied immigrant children; advocate for survivors of trafficking and domestic violence; serve as a watchdog on immigration detention practices and policies; and speak for immigrant groups who have particular and compelling claims to justice.
