This website is owned and operated by Americans for Immigrant Justice (AI Justice). AI Justice respects the privacy of our donors, subscribers to our mailing lists, and visitors to our website. All information concerning donors, including names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, and gift amounts shall be kept strictly confidential unless the donor explicitly gives permission to share. AI Justice will not sell, rent, trade or transfer our donors' names, postal addresses, email addresses or phone numbers with any other entity.

Our website does not collect personally identifiable information from individuals unless they provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. AI Justice only gathers personally identifiable information, such as names, addresses, zip/postal codes, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by a visitor. AI Justice uses your data to maintain records of donations, send acknowledgements, mail tax statements to you, send newsletters, and for internal marketing purposes.
